The offer includes three (3) nights’ accommodation at Marriott’s Playa Andaluza and a hire car for a three (3) night stay. Breakfast is not included for guests staying in an apartment or townhouse. Offer subject to availability. Depending on availability, alternative accommodation may be offered at another Marriott Vacation Club resort or selected five-star hotel. Please note that pets are not allowed with the exception of guide and assistance dogs. Airfare, transportation other than the rental car, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included. Offer subject to change without notice.

This promotional offer is designed for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £55,000/€65,000. It is based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment, townhouse or hotel room. Attendance at a 90-minute presentation about Marriott Vacation Club International is required to qualify for this offer. Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition of this offer to travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the offer will be payable. Full retail cost of the offer is specified in the "Pricing" section below. Should you not qualify you may travel at the non subsidised offer price.

No group bookings. This offer is non transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI holiday owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other MVCI holiday offer, or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

The offer price of £139 per person applies for travel 12 months from purchase date. An additional £60 / €70 nightly supplement is payable for all Easter holiday (1 April 2012 – 14 April 2012), July and August bookings. The offer price is payable at time of booking. Cost of the offer is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club International. Full retail cost of the offer is up to £1,242 per package and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodations is up to £414 per night. Premiums are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration.

Hire car includes cost of a 4-door economy hire car (VW Polo or equivalent) for a four (4) day stay only on supplier’s conditions of use and excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g. Super CDW, Petrol, etc. Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included. Any additional insurance required is payable by the customer. Drivers must be aged over 18 and must present a valid drivers license at collection. Car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by the customer over and above those stated above. Changes within 14 days of arrival date cannot guarantee car availability.

All guests must travel within 12 months of purchase date. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once and the new travel dates must fall within the specified dates. A flat £75 reschedule fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date.

Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, MVCI Services Ltd, Cork Call Centre, 4700 Cork Airport Business Park, Kinsale Road, Cork, Ireland or fax +353 (0)21 231 5001. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 40% of the subsidised offer price for open dated packages purchased but not booked; 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. In the event Marriott Vacation Club International decide unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.

This package travel is organised and promoted by MVCI Europe Ltd. Arrangements have been made pursuant to the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 to safeguard your monies paid in conjunction with this offer and to cover the cost of the package in the event of the operator’s insolvency.
