Offer Details:

The offer includes three night’s accommodation at Marriott’s Playa Andaluza or Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort with car hire included. Offer subject to availability. Depending on availability, alternative accommodation may be offered at a Marriott selected resort or hotel. Fixtures, features, furnishings and amenities are subject to change. Breakfast is not included for guests staying at a Marriott resort. Please note that pets are not allowed with the exception of guide and assistance dogs. Flights, other transport and travel arrangements and other expenses are not included.

Qualification:

This promotional offer is designed for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £45,000/€60,000. It is based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment or hotel room. Up to four additional family members can be accommodated in an apartment free of charge but not in hotel rooms. Attendance at a 90-minute presentation about Marriott Vacation Club International is required to qualify for this offer. Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition of this offer to travel and attend the presentation together. If either you or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the offer will be payable. Full retail cost of the offer is specified in the “Pricing” section below. Should you not qualify you may travel at the non subsidised offer price.

Restrictions:

No group bookings. This offer is non transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI holiday owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other MVCI holiday offer in the last 18 months, or to employees of Marriott International and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

Pricing:

Cost of the offer is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club International. The subsidised offer price is €129 per person. The offer price is payable at time of booking. Full retail cost of the offer is €1.200 and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. A supplement of €115 per night applies for arrivals during July and August 2010.

Car Rental:

Hire car includes cost of a 4-door economy hire car (VW Polo or equivalent) subject to car supplier’s additional terms and conditions of use and excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g. Super CDW, petrol, etc. Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included. Any additional insurance required is payable by the customer. Drivers must be aged over 18 and must present a valid EU/International drivers license and credit card at collection. Car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by the customer over and above those stated above. Changes within 14 days of arrival date cannot guarantee car availability.

Expiry Date:

Offer expires on 11th August 2010 and all bookings must be made by this date and all guests must travel within 12 months of purchase date. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only change their travel dates once. A flat €100 rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, Marriott’s Playa Andaluza, MVCI Playa Andaluza Holidays S.L., Holiday Preview, Ctra. De Cádiz Km. 168, 29680 Estepona or Fax +34 951 082 398. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. In the event Marriott Vacation Club International decides unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.

Holiday Ownership Interests:
